About
A Place of Healing, Practice and Service
Pranic Healing Ladakh is an initiative of Atma Namaste, created by practising Arhatic Yogis and certified Pranic Healing Trainers inspired by the teachings of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.
Our work is rooted in a simple intention: to create a welcoming place where healing, meditation, spiritual practice and selfless service come together in the unique environment of Ladakh.
We believe that meaningful spiritual growth is not found in ideas alone. It is cultivated through sincere practice, quiet reflection, compassionate service and a willingness to continue learning throughout life.
Who We Are
We are a community of practising Arhatic Yogis, certified Pranic Healing Trainers and volunteers committed to healing, meditation, lifelong learning and compassionate service.
Pranic Healing Ladakh brings together local residents, practitioners and visitors who share a sincere interest in inner development and the teachings of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.
Our Journey
We have been on the spiritual path for many years. We have travelled, practised, sat in silence, served, and sought — across India and beyond. Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga have been our constant companions through all of it.
Over the years, our practice has quietly shaped the way we live, serve and understand ourselves.
While our journey has taken us to many places, we found ourselves returning to Ladakh again and again.
With every visit, one conviction became stronger.
This is where we are meant to serve.
Why We Are Here
We are here because, over the years, Ladakh has become a place of practice, service and deep personal meaning for us.
Over the years, we have found Ladakh to be a place that encourages deeper practice, quieter reflection and more attentive service. The mountains, the silence, the monasteries and the people have all shaped our own experience in ways that continue to draw us back.
That is our experience, and it is one we invite others to explore with openness and sincerity.
We are here for the people of Ladakh — to offer Pranic Healing as a complement to the rich spiritual tradition that this land and its people have always carried.
We are here for those who travel to this land — the adventurer, the seeker, the pilgrim, the wanderer who arrived without quite knowing why but felt that something here was waiting for them. Pranic Healing meets each of these people exactly where they are.
And we are here for ourselves — because serving in a place this sacred, doing work this meaningful, is something we are deeply grateful for. GMCKS always said that when you serve others with love, you receive far more than you give. We have found this to be true. Every time we come to Ladakh, we leave with more than we brought.
We are here for you. We are here for the people of Ladakh. And we are here for ourselves. These are not three different reasons. They are one.
Our Presence in Ladakh
We visit Leh each season — June, July, August, and September. During these visits we offer individual healing sessions, community healing, and certified GMCKS courses to local Ladakhi residents and visiting travelers.
Beyond our seasonal visits to Ladakh, distance healing and the Seva Circle remain available throughout the year to support people wherever they may be.
Pranic Healing is offered as an independent system of healing and spiritual development that welcomes people of every background, culture and tradition.
Our work is open to all who wish to learn, practise or receive healing with sincerity and respect.
Our Journey Ahead
We are working towards establishing a rooted Pranic Healing home in Leh, Ladakh — a place where trained and practising Arhatic Yogis are present in the community year-round, available to all who seek healing, meditation, and spiritual growth.
Until then, we visit each season — and we are always available by distance.
We look forward to walking this journey with all who come to Ladakh seeking healing, practice, service and inner development.
The highest form of service is to help others grow — to give them the tools to heal themselves, to know themselves, and to live a life that is truly worth living.
